Frequently asked questions
Can I convert a page behind a login?
Usually not. The converter visits a public URL without your browser's login session; private networks and non-HTTP(S) addresses are blocked.
What is the difference between webpage and HTML to PDF?
Webpage to PDF fetches a live public URL. HTML to PDF takes an uploaded HTML file instead.
Does full-page capture include content below the fold?
Enable full-page capture to include more than the initial viewport. Dynamically loaded or interactive content may still depend on the site's behavior.
Are there timeout or size limits?
Guests can upload files up to 25 MB each. A free account raises the limit to 50 MB per file, and Premium allows 500 MB per file with larger batches.
Can I keep background colors and images?
Yes. Print backgrounds is enabled by default; switch it off if you prefer a less ink-heavy result.
Is the URL private?
The submitted URL is sent over an encrypted connection. The PDF output is automatically deleted after a short time; the remote website receives a request from the converter.
