How does blank-page detection work?
Pages are rendered at 40 dpi and measured for nonwhite pixels. Pages below the selected ink threshold are removed.
Which sensitivity should I use?
Normal uses a 0.5% ink threshold. High can remove pages with more marks but risks removing faint content; low is more conservative.
Can it remove a page with a small page number?
Possibly, if that mark falls below the ink threshold. Review the downloaded document against the original before discarding it.
Does removing blanks change other pages?
Retained pages are copied from the PDF; detection renders low-resolution previews only to classify blanks.
Is my scanned document private?
Guests can upload files up to 25 MB each. A free account raises the limit to 50 MB per file, and Premium allows 500 MB per file with larger batches.
