Frequently asked questions
Can a PDF play my animated GIF?
No. Only the first frame of each animated GIF is used; this tool does not export a sequence of animation frames.
Does converting increase GIF color depth?
No. GIF's limited palette is part of the source; the PDF cannot recover colors or details that are not present.
Can I combine several GIFs?
Guests can upload files up to 25 MB each. A free account raises the limit to 50 MB per file, and Premium allows 500 MB per file with larger batches.
What happens if my GIF is too small for the page?
Placement can scale it, but enlargement may look pixelated. Fit preserves proportions; fill can crop, and stretch can distort.
Are my uploads deleted?
Yes. Files are encrypted in transit and removed automatically after a short time.
Can I use this on an iPhone or Mac?
Yes. Any supported modern browser can upload GIFs and download the PDF.
