Yes. Every one of the 74 PDF tools works without paying. Guests can run 1 task a day with files up to 25 MB; a free account raises that to 2 tasks a day and 50 MB per file. PDF Premium is a paid subscription for larger files, OCR on longer documents and batch processing.

Do I need an account?

No account is needed for the PDF tools. PDFtoAll AI needs a free signed-in account so your chats and credits stay together; a free account includes 30 AI credits daily.

How much does PDF Premium cost?

What happens to my files?

Files travel over HTTPS (TLS), are processed on PDFtoAll's servers and are deleted automatically: after 1 hour for guests, 24 hours for Free accounts and 7 days for PDF Premium. You can delete any file, or your whole account, at any time. Documents are used only for the task you run and are not used to train AI models.
