What happens to multi-page TIFFs and animated GIFs?

Every page of a multi-page TIFF is included. For animated GIFs, only the first frame becomes a PDF image.

How many images may I upload?

Guests can upload files up to 25 MB each. A free account raises the limit to 50 MB per file, and Premium allows 500 MB per file with larger batches.

Can image conversion make text searchable?

No. Scanned or photographed text remains image content. Run OCR PDF afterward if searchable text is needed.

Are my photos and scans private?

Uploads are encrypted in transit and automatically deleted after a short time.

Will page sizing crop an image?

Fit preserves the full image. Fill can crop its edges, and stretch changes its proportions; choose fit if nothing should be cut off.
